PURPOSE: To provide a motor noise preventive element in which the manufacture of a composite capacitor is easy and besides the production efficiency of which can be improved and besides which is excellent in noise absorbing force. CONSTITUTION: A commutator 2 equipped with three pieces of commutator segments 2b and a composite capacitor 3 for noise prevention equipped with three pieces of electrodes 3a are attached to a rotor shaft 1. The external form of the composite capacitor 3 is quadrangular. Three pieces of electrodes 3a are provided in the positions opposite to each commutator segment 2b of three side faces out of the four side faces of the composite capacitor 3. Each electrode 3a is connected to each commutator segment 2b by soldering.
