<p>PURPOSE: To improve productivity and to secure quality at the same time by changing an inspection period and realizing the inspection corresponding to the skillness of an inspector or the timing of production. CONSTITUTION: When executing an inspection control mode for impressing driving signals (inspection signals) successively to plural inspecting objects such as LED in a prescribed inspection periodΔT, a signal at a level decided in advance is applied to the control part of a microwave oven. At such a time, when the level of the applied signal is settled within a first rangeΔL1, second rangeΔL2 or third rangeΔL3, the inspection periodΔT is decided to a first inspection periodΔT1, second inspection periodΔT2 or third inspection periodΔT3 respectively (S21-S26). On the other hand, when that level is not settled within the first - third rangesΔL1-ΔL3, the inspection periodΔT is decided to a fourth inspection periodΔT4 (S27). Then, the driving signals are successively impressed to the inspection objects in the decided inspection periodΔT.</p> |
