PURPOSE: To provide the automatic transaction device system which enables a next-time transaction on another automatic transaction device without the medium even if the medium such as a card can not be returned to the user owing to a fault occurring to the automatic transaction device. CONSTITUTION: The automatic transaction devices 1 and 11 connected to a host computer 10 are provided with means which inform a user that 'the medium can not be returned', 'a transaction can be done on another automatic transaction device without the medium', 'a transaction operation method on another automatic transaction device', etc., if the medium required for the transaction such as the card and a bankbook can not be returned to the user owing to the fault of the automatic transaction device 1 or 11 and means which allows the transaction without the medium when the device is operated according to the 'transaction operation method on another automatic transaction device'. |
