<p>PURPOSE: To switch a mouse and a track ball according to the purpose of use so that the features of the respective functions are displayed and to maintain excellent operability. CONSTITUTION: An external case 1 is in a shape which is so round that it can easily be gripped in the hand and equipped with two operation switches 5 on the front edge side, and an internal case 3 which can be put in and out is inserted into the left flank of the intermediate part. This internal case 3 is in a rectangular parallelepiped shape and provided with a ball 4 having its spherical parts exposed in the top and reverse surfaces so that the ball can roll, and projection parts as straight movement guides to the external case 1 are provided on the right and left flanks. This device displays the track ball function when the internal case 3 is drawn out of the external case 1 sideways to the left and the mouse function when the internal case is pressed in.</p> |
