<p>A detection clip consisting of two arms (1, 2) hinged together by means of a disengageable free wheel device for preventing opening of the clip in the engaged position, and having two other ends provided with respective jaws (4, 5). One jaw comprises a resilient bearing member in engagement with a sensor of which the status can be sensed by a monitoring device. Said clip may be used in a system for preventing the theft of objects such as items being displayed or demonstrated.</p> |
