发明名称 COAT FORMING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce stress generated between a base material and a coat material by forming a coating film by applying the coat material burned while applying a required load to the base material. CONSTITUTION: Of an electrolyte 1, which is a base material, and an electrode material 2, which is a coating film material, to the electrolyte 1 of smaller distortion due to heating, while applying a load P of minimizing a differential distortion between an ordinary temperature and an operating temperature of a solid electrolyte fuel cell, slurry of material 2 is applied and burned to coat with an electrode film, so as to remove the load P while cooling. Then, stress generated between the electrolyte and an electrode is suppressed to be reduced, to obtain an electrolyte cell for the solid fuel cell of remarkably reducing separation in a connection surface between the electrolyte and the electrode.
