<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a nearly equal coordinate detection angle in any direction by canceling unnecessary signal components which leak from halt electrode lines among lattice type electrode lines and advance in phase withinπ/2 radian, to obtain the phase relation between two inputs of an analog switch. CONSTITUTION: An AC signal generator 7 generates a sine wave or rectangular wave of constant frequency and its output is applied to X-side and Y-side decoders drivers 5 and 6. The X decoder driver 5 drives a lattice type electrode line X1 with the signal of the AC signal generator 7 and the lattice type electrode line X1 is regarded as a signal electrode line. At this time, all other electrode lines X2 -Xp and Y1 -Yq are not driven and regarded as halt electrode lines. Unnecessary signal components which leak from the halt electrode lines X2 -Xp and Y1 -Yq and advance in phase withinπ/2 radian are canceled to obtain the phase relation between two inputs of the analog switch 11. Therefore, a nearly equal coordinate detection angle can be obtained in any direction.</p> |
