PURPOSE: To provide the three-dimensional image processing system which can speedily display an image with sufficiently high precision even on an image display device that has low processing capability. CONSTITUTION: This system consists of a rendering means 13c which finds lightness by patches obtained by being divided corresponding to respective pixels of an image represented with source data for mapping respective planes on the basis of three-dimensional model data, plane data representing the respective planes constituting the surface of a three-dimensional model, and light source data on the position and lightness of a light source, a correcting means 13d which generates corrected mapping data by reflecting the lightness obtained by the patches on the respective pixels of the original image data, a simple rendering means 20a which maps the corrected mapping data on the respective planes and generates image data showing a projection image viewed from a desired view point, and a display means 21 which displays the image represented with the image data. |
