PURPOSE: To prevent the flow of cooking materials out of a cooking pan by rotating the cooking pan inclined, detecting the rotating condition thereof, performing comparison with a preset reference value in accordance with a cooking type and judging what is a cooking type to control an inclination means. CONSTITUTION: A cooking material 45 is put into a cooking pan 40 and set on a pan supporting base 38 in a cooking container 30, an article to be flied is selected while seeing an item on a display 23 for an operator 22 and a switch 24 is input with one step. An inclination motor 26 is actuated to incline the cooking container 30 via a gear line 27 and an inclination axis and, when an angle detector 29 detects an inclinationθof 15-20 or so to the vertical direction, the inclination motor 26 is once stopped. Then, a rotating motor 36 is actuated to rotate the cooking pan 40 via a motor axis 37 and the pan supporting base 38 and, when the rotating motor is actuated, a rotation detector 47 detects the rotating condition and sends a detection pulse to a controller 21. The controller 21 counts the number of pulses in a preset time, compares the detected pulse number with a preset reference value, judges what is a cooking type and controls an inclinationθ. |
