PURPOSE: To freely determine the plot even in a moving subject by continuously and automatically situating a focusing optical system to each stored position of the focusing optical system, and photographing the subject in the respective positions. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer PRS performs a series of camera operations such as automatic exposure control function, automatic focusing function, and take-up and rewinding of film according to the sequence program of a camera stored in a ROM. When a command of focusing is transmitted from the camera, a focusing motor LMTR is driven by signals LMF, LMR according to the driving quantity and direction simultaneously transmitted therewith, and an optical system is moved in the optical axial direction to perform the focusing. The moving quantity of the optical system is monitored by the pulse signal SENCF of an encnder circuit ENCF, and counted by a counter in the LPRS, and at a point of time when a prescribed movement is completed, the LPRS itself makes the signals LMF, LMR 'L' to brake the motor LMTR. |
