发明名称 PUMP YARD FLOW-IN RATE PREDICTION SUPPORTING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain the predictive rate of flow-in to a pump yard with sufficient reliability and to predict a flow rate or a water level in the mid-way of a trunk line as well. CONSTITUTION: An RRL method arithmetic means 7 or a corrected RRL method arithmetic means 8 of a side flow-in rate arithmetic unit 6 calculates the lateral flow-in rate from a branch line to the trunk line based on an input from a rainfall corrector 5. A direct flow-in rate arithmetic unit 9 calculates a direct flow-in rate from a fine branch line to the trunk line. An initial water level arithmetic unit calculates initial water levels at the positions of respective calculating points by using past values provided at the prescribed parts of the trunk line. An in-pipe move model arithmetic means 13 of an in-groove flow-down rate/water level arithmetic unit 12 inputs the arithmetic results of the units 6, 9 and 11 and calculates the flow rates of respective calculating points at high speed by using a prescribed arithmetic expression.
