PURPOSE: To quickly determine the access order to perform efficient communication even when the collision of data occures by accessing the cards in a communication area even at the time of plural cards enter the communication area. CONSTITUTION: A card determines the return timing of a response block including its own ID code by a condition instructed by a read/write device 20 and this ID code, and the response block returned from a noncontact IC card 10 is received by the read/write device 20 to detect the collision of data, and the condition is changed based on this result to request the return of the response block including the ID code again, and plural noncontact IC cards 10 are simultaneously processed. |
