The device includes a header(31) coated with a metal layer(35), lead and ground pins(45,47) inserting into the header where some of them come into contact with the metal layer and some is isolated, a surface acoustic wave filter(43) mounted on the header and connected to the lead and ground pins through metal wires, and a cap(37) combined with the header to form closed space and electrically connected to the metal layer.
