PURPOSE: To provide a liquid crystal display device of which field angle is improved without the contrast lowered. CONSTITUTION: A deflecting direction rotating device 32, a condensing lens 34 for condensing the ultraviolet rays, and a shutter 34 for switching passing (transmission) and cut of the ultraviolet ray are arranged in order in a going-out side of a ultraviolet ray radiating device 60 for radiating the ultraviolet rays. A board is positioned near the ultraviolet rays condensing position, and fixed to a moving stage 38, which can perform the two-dimensional scanning, freely to be disconnected. On the basis of the output signal of an orientation direction control device 52 of a control device 50, a rotation drive control device 54 drives the rotating device 32 so as to set the deflecting direction, and while a stage drive control device 56 positions the predetermined picture element, and a shutter drive control device 58 drives the shutter 36 so as to radiate a predetermined quantity of the ultraviolet rays in a predetermined deflecting direction. Consequently, orientation by the irradiation of the ultraviolet rays in a predetermined deflecting direction is performed for every picture element. |
