A conventional supporting frame has a digging unit, a plurality of rotation means for earth removing, and a guide rotation means. Each of the rotation means for earth removing has different rotational speed. The earth removal rotation means and the guide rotation means rotate in the same direction. Tubers and mulching vinyl simultaneously digged from the digging unit go through earth removal process repeatedly by means of rotation means for earth removing, before guided by the guide rotation means.
