The vegetation soil for landscape architecture of tangential surface is prepd. by mixing 40-70 wt.% base soil component, 20-85 wt.% organic matter and microbiology agent, 0.5-25 wt.% moisture-fertilizer retention agent and adhesive component, and 0.001-0.5 wt.% activating agent. The base soil component contains 30-80 wt.% used briquet, 10-30 wt.% upland soil, 10-30 wt.% active carbon, 3-20 wt.% brown coal, 5-20 wt.% vermiculite, 3-20 wt.% magnesium and 3-15 wt.% peat.
