PURPOSE: To provide a navigator which can input a destination, etc., outside a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The navigator body 10 comprises a present position detector 11 for detecting the present position of a vehicle, a memory 12, a voice output unit 13 for outputting guide information regarding a course with voice, a CPU 14, a ROM 15, a RAM 16, and a terminal 17. A terminal unit 20 has an input unit 21 for inputting a destination, a display 22 for outputting guide information regarding a course by image, a CPU 23, a ROM 24, a RAM 25, and a terminal 26 electrically connected to the terminal 17. The CPU 14 of the body 10 judges, when the information of the destination is sent from the unit 20, the course from the present position detected by the detector 11 to the destination, and suitably outputs the guide information to the unit 13 and the display 22. |
