N-ACYL-N-ALKYLAMINO PHENYL SULPHONYL UREAS WITH SULPHUR SUBSTITUENTS, PROCESS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION AND USE AS HERBICIDES AND PLANT GROWTH REGULATORS

N-acyl-N-alkylamino phenyl sulphonyl ureas with sulphur substituents, process for their production and use as herbicides and plant growth regulators. Compounds of formula (I) and thier salts, in which R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<5>, X, Y, Z, W, n and m as defined in claim 1 are suitable as herbicides and plant growth regulators. They are produced by prior-art-like methods, partially with the use of novel intermediate products of the formula (XIX) in which U*=NH2, Cl, (substituted) amino and R<1> to R4, n and m are defined as in formula (I).
