Skip structure equipped with a covering tarpaulin for a vehicle, in particular a semitrailer, with an upper flange profile, in particular an extruded profile, bounding its walls at the top, the upper flange profile having a ridge strip starting from an outer wall strip and protruding outwards with an angled edge. Provided beneath this ridge strip are attachment devices for the edge region of a covering tarpaulin. Adjacent to the covering tarpaulin are holding rods of the upper flange profile, which rods rise upwards in the position of rest.
