Tape and reel packaging system for single-in-line electronic circuits

An environmentally friendly packaging system is provided for packaging single-in-line type electronic circuits (1), which includes a perforated paper carrier tape (11) and an adhesive bonding tape (10). This tape and reel packaging system allows said circuits to be fixed horizontally in the reel, but ensures at the same time a smooth transfer of said circuits into a vertical position upon unreeling, thereby guaranteeing troublefree pick-up of these circuits either manually or by pick-up tools of automated pick and place machinery. <IMAGE>
