Raster element as light deflection and aperture protection device for room and office lights

The raster element contains a one-piece slot raster with a number of slots (2) and rods (3) and at least one holder (4) to place the slot raster in front of the lamp. Each two adjacent slits in the raster are separated by a rod and the rods are connected to each other.The slits and the rods of the raster are arranged parallel or tangentially parallel to each other. The raster can be a stamped part and has an inclined edge (6) which supports the aperture protection function. The raster has a coating which amplifies its reflective effect.
