Emptying device or feed to engine for vehicle fuel tank

The fuel feed from the tank (6) in a vehicle has an auxiliary container (1) which maintains a fuel level independently of the fill level of the tank. A feed supply line (2) takes fuel from the tank via a pump.The tank return supply (3) from the engine opens into the auxiliary container. The feed supply can be connected with the auxiliary container to remove fuel, if the level of fuel in the main tank is below a minimum level.
