<p>A pneumatic tire has a tread made from an oriented rubber such that a modulus ratio of 300% tensile modulus in a circumferential direction of the tire to 300% tensile modulus in a widthwise direction of the tire is larger by at least 0.1 times in a central region of the tread than in each side region of the tread.
