The device consists of at least one moving weight (1) inside the body of a racket. Each weight is made from a solid material, and has a rigid connection to a spring (2).The return motion of the weight may be controlled by a compression spring (3). When in its rest state, the weight may lie within the handgrip section of the shaft (4) of the racket.
