PURPOSE: To provide a plurality of rows of many molds and to manufacture thermoplastic resin foamed molded forms having female threads in mass production by providing the foamed forms molded in a cavity in the state engaged with a screw thread-forming movable mold. CONSTITUTION: A movable mold 11 and a fixed mold 12 of a pair are clamped to form a cavity 41 therein in the state that screw thread-forming movable molds 13 formed with male threads 13C at the outer periphery are arranged in the molds 11, 12. Foamed thermoplastic resin particle raw material is filled in the cavity 41, heated to be expanded to form a thermoplastic resin foamed molded form 1. After the form 1 is cooled, the mold 11 is opened, and the screw thread forming movable mold 13 is rotated to be drawn out axially of a mold opening operation. Thus, the forms can be manufactured by mass production without interfering the core mold 13 to be inserted-retracted in/out of the cavity 41 and the mold even in the structure in which many molds are provided in the plurality of the rows. |
