PURPOSE: To provide a series of lines capable of continuously producing high- quality silk-strained tofu (bean curd) efficiently and packing it. CONSTITUTION: A continuous production device S1, a carrying out device S2 and a packing device S3 are continuously installed. Tofu T from the continuous production device S1 is cut into a beltlike state in fixed width by a cutter 22 of the carrying out device S2 and is taken out through a slope 25 to a target position in a water tank 26. The taken out tofu is cut and divided into a fixed size by plural cutter blades 31 of the packing device S3, housed through an opening mechanism 32 in packs P standing by in water by the carrying out device S2, carried out on a discharging conveyor 38 and discharged to the outside. |
