PURPOSE: To suppress heat generation from a power amplifier and miniaturize a device by supplying electric power from a power supply circuit to a power amplifier circuit and making the power amplifier circuit operated only when driving of an ultrasonic transducer is switched 'on', responding to a switch means for operating on/off of driving of the ultrasonic transducer of a handpiece. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic transducer 3 for receiving an output from an ultrasonic driving device is self-contained in a handpiece 2, and a probe 4 is detachably and exchangeably fastened to the handpiece 2. Furthermore, the ultrasonic driving device 1 is connected with an operating switch for operating on/off of outputting operation of ultrasonic vibration from the ultrasonic transducer 3 in the handpiece 2. A signal is transmitted to a control circuit 11 and an oscillating circuit 6 is functioned when the operating switch 5 is operated 'on'. And also a switching circuit 10 is operated to supply electric power to the power amplifier circuit 7, and the signal is amplified by the power amplifier circuit 7 responding to the output from the oscillating circuit 6, and the ultrasonic transducer 3 is supplied with energy through an electric insulated transformer 8. |
