发明名称 TREATMENT OF EXHAUST GAS BY IRRADIATION WITH ELECTRON BEAM
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce the use amt. of slaked lime and to remove nitrogen oxide, sulfur oxide and hydrogen chloride in an area low in the output of electron beam with high efficiency by irradiating exhaust gas with electron beam while blowing a slaked lime powder having a specific particle size characteristic into the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: The exhaust gas from a waste refuse incinerator plant is branched from the inlet flue of an electric precipitator to be guided to an irradiation container. The concn. of a harmful gas component is adjusted by the addition of pure gas in consideration of fluctuations. A definite amt. of a slaked lime powder is delivered by a table feeder to be passed through a vinyl chloride resin conduit by a jet blower while accompanied by air to obtain a slaked lime powder having a particle size characteristic wherein a specific surface area is 30m<2> /g or more and this powder is ejected into the inlet flue of the irradiation container. Electron beam is emitted vertically to the gas flow in a reactor through the irradiation window arranged to the side surface of the reactor. The exhaust gas passing through the reactor is supplied to a pulse jet shaking-off type bag filter and again returned to the outlet of the electric preciptator through an ID fan while the fly ash and reaction product in the exhaust gas are removed.</p>
