CONSTITUTION: An apparatus has a storage chamber 6 for storing wood chips 16 and garbage, a provisional storage chamber 5 for storing temporarily charged garbage etc., an air intake chamber 15 which is separated from the storage chamber 6 by a porous floor board 13 and has a suction port 14, a heating means which is installed in the storage chamber 6 and promotes the fermentation decomposition of garbage etc., and a gas discharge means for discharging fermentation gas generated from garbage etc. An inlet 2 for garbage etc., having the first door 3 and the second door 4 for sending garbage etc., from the provisional storage chamber 5 to the storage chamber 6 are installed in the provisional storage chamber 5, and a fixed cutting blade 8 and a cutting-stirring rotor 7 for cutting and stirring garbage etc., in cooperation with the fixed cutting blade 8 are installed on the inside wall of the storage chamber 6.</p> |
