<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the reliance upon the loading/unloading operations by installing a display panel and terminal unit to exhibit the product quantity information classifed by shops in a picking yard and a shipment berth. sending the information by input from the terminal unit to a reader mounted on an unmanned dolly via a small-sized signal transmitter, and thereby performing transportation to the shipment berth. CONSTITUTION: Display panels 4 (41 -4n ) to exhibit the picking quantity of each item of products classified by shops are installed to emit a picking work list at each picking yard, and operators perform operations while watching the display panels 4. On each display panel 4 the display color of the applicable data piece is altered when the end of picking is noticed from the terminal unit 3 (31 -3n ) in each picking yard, and the operator can know how the works are in progress on the real time basis. With the notice about the end of the picking, shipment information on the applicable item of products is written in a signal transmitter 7 by a writer 5 (51 -5n ), and the object fitted with this transmitter 7 is transported to the specified shipment berth by an unmanned dolly 9 equipped with a reader 8 which reads in the transport information emitted by the transmitter 7.</p> |
