<p>A method for delivering a liquid fire suppression composition to a fire includes storing the fire suppression composition and a pressurized gas in separate containers, detecting the occurrence of a fire to be suppressed, within about 60 seconds of detecting the fire coupling the pressurized gas with the fire suppression composition to superpressurize the composition, and emitting the superpressurized fire suppression composition to the fire. The method is particularly adapted for use in a total flooding system.</p> |
