PURPOSE: To provide a raw material processing device in which cleaning is efficiently performed without through hand. CONSTITUTION: The raw material processing device is provided with a raw material processing part 3 equipped with a cover part 2 in the upside, a raw material vessel 4, a cleaning vessel and a movement means 5. In the raw material vessel 4 whose upper part is opened and formed, space for processing the raw material is made in combination with the cover part 2. In the cleaning vessel whose upper part is opened and formed, space for performing cleaning is made in combination with the cover part 2 and a cleaning means is equipped which cleans the inside of the raw material processing part 3. The movement means 5 moves the raw material vessel 4, the cleaning vessel and the cover part 2 between the combination position of both sides and the noncombination position thereof. |
