PURPOSE: To provide a paper vessel having an excellent characteristic for prevention of vibratory shifting. CONSTITUTION: In a paper container having a non-slip layer composed of a coated zone with a resin adhesive agent containing synthetic resin particles, on the external surface of at least one wall in the bottom wall or the upper wall of the paper vessel, the loss tangent (tanδ) of the coated zone forming the non-slip layer is 0.03 or more, and the dynamic loss is 5×10<8> dyne/cm<2> or more.
