PURPOSE: To enable the installation of a horizontal moving table even in a relatively flat space by providing a resilient pressing part coming in contact with the other side end part, opposed to one side end part of a horizontal table plate, to press it resiliently in the horizontal direction in order to bring one side end part of the horizontal table plate always into contact with an actuator part. CONSTITUTION: One actuator 15 installed in a Y-direction is put in retreating action by the appropriate moving quantity while putting two actuators 15, 15, installed in an X-direction, in retreating action by the appropriate moving quantity respectively with the different retreat quantity. Opposed resilient pressing parts 16 thereby force-feed a horizontal table plate 12 along the upper face of a horizontal skid part 14 by the resiliency so as to move the specified point (center point, for instance), positioned at a coordinate point O1 , of the horizontal table plate 12 to a coordinate point O2 . A workpiece placed on the horizontal table plate 12 is thereby moved by the specified quantityΔx,Δy in X-Y directions, rotatory-moved by the specified quantityΔθin aθdirection and positioned in a specified position.
