摘要 PURPOSE: To hold a cured layer in parallel with a light emitting surface by eliminating a support part at the time of molding by mixing a substance obtained by changing properties by the light emission with powder. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional object optically molding apparatus 10 contains a molding material 12 obtained by mixing substance curable by a light emission with powder material in a molding tank 11, and places it on a pedestal 13. The material 12 in the recovery tank 16 of the tank 11 is fed into a supply tank 15 via a pipe 17 by a gear 18. A controller controls an elevator 14 based on the shape data of a three-dimensional substance, and moves down the pedestal 13 at the pitch of the thicknesses of the cured layers of the object. It also controls a roller 20 to smoothen the molding material of the tank 15 onto the pedestal 13 or the cured layer on the pedestal 13, and further controls an exposure unit. The formation of the thin layer is repeated to laminate the cured layers. In this case, since the powder is mixed with the substance, rigidity is imparted, and uncured object is supported in parallel to eliminate a support part.
