PURPOSE: To provide a laser radiating device having a handle piece by which operating condition can be felt as resisting by detecting dissecting condition during laser beam radiation by means of a detecting means, and by changing the elasticity of a movable part against a handle piece body by controlling an elasticity adjusting means based on this information. CONSTITUTION: The detection of dissecting depth starts through a detecting means 43 when a foot switch is stepped on by an operator and radiation of laser beam A1 starts, and an outside slider control signal F is outputted from a processing part 42 to a pressure adjusting valve 32 based on the detected result, and the second pressure room is introduced with air corresponding to an amplitude size of the outside slider control signal F and is pressurized. The outside slider 13 is then lifted up and strength of counter direction of the radiating direction of laser beam A1 is loaded on a hand of the operator by means of an air spring formed in the second pressure room 26. And the amplitude of the outside slider control signal F increases as the dissecting depth of the dissected groove increases, thereby the pressure in the second pressure room 26 is increased. |
