PURPOSE: To suppress influence of position control of a hysteresis torque in a throttle actuator so as to improve control property. CONSTITUTION: An intake air amount control device is provided with a motor control means 22 for calculating a relative current valve which is electrified to a stator winding wire on the basis of an opening deviation of a throttle valve 11 and outputting PWM duty corresponding to the calculated relative current value, a motor driving means 23 for supplying current to a brushless motor 15 on the basis of a command from the motor control means 22, and a first duty correcting means for correcting the PWM duty corresponding to a hysteresis torque which is generated when the throttle valve 11 is driven.
