PURPOSE: To obtain a soup for noodles useful for health, containing food fibers, having a good feeling through a throat, excellent flavor, by mixing broth with KAESHI (a kind of seasoning) comprising soy sauce, sugar, etc., and adding Nemacystus decipiens to the mixture. CONSTITUTION: This soup for noodles is obtained by mixing broth with KAESHI (a kind of seasoning) comprising soy sauce, sugar, etc., and adding preferably 10-50wt.% of Nemacystus decipiens and more preferably 1-5wt.% of vinegar to the mixture. The soup for noodles is preferably blended with 1-7wt.% of pickled plum or paste of pickled plum sarcocarp. |
