PURPOSE: To provide a packaging device for flowering plants wherein distribution and sale of flowering plants can be easily performed without damage to the plants and without using water, and in addition to these characteristics, concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide, quantity of water vapor in the device can be controlled. CONSTITUTION: A packaging device for flowering plants consists of a hollow storing body 2 for storing flowering plants 6 therein and a bag 4 which contains the whole body 2, and the storing body 2 has a circular cross section and a notch 3, through which the plants 6 can be seen, is formed in the outer surface of the body 2, and the bag 4 has an opening 5 and a portion of the bag 4 facing the notch 3 is transparent and hole area ratio of the portion is 1×10<-6> -1×10<-5> %, and the inner surface of the film comprises a perforated synthetic resin film having an area of 300-5000-cm<2> /100g of flowering plants, and by closing the opening 5, the bag can be sealed.
