PURPOSE: To economically and efficiently perform effective dust collection, especially, the removal of an oil component in a fluid while preventing the rise of pressure loss. CONSTITUTION: A first perforated screen 1a and a second perforated screen 1b are arranged in a state mutually reversed by 180 deg., that is, in a state turned over each other. Therefore, the perforations 2a of the first perforated screen 1a are obliquely opened at an angleαwith respect to the flow direction of oil-containing air G while the perforations 2b of the second perforated screen lb are obliquely opened at an angle -α. At first, oil-containing air G passes through the first perforated screen 1a to become a falling stream G1 and is subsequently reversed by the second perforated screen 1b to become a rising stream G2. The greater part of the oil component such as oil mist or oil vapor contained in the oil-containing air G is removed by the inertia due to the reversal of the oil-containing air G and the collision of the oil-containing air G with the wall surfaces of the perforated screens. Fine particles not removed by the perforated screens 1a, 1b are almost removed by a filter performing filtering type dust collection.
