PURPOSE: To improve the light resistance of a dye image by so incorporating as to coat photopolymerizable resin with acrylic ester of polyol and/or polyepoxide and to coat ultraviolet absorbent with benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent in specific ranges. CONSTITUTION: A protective coating material contains light initiator in which photopolymerizable resin is acrylic ester of polyol and/or polyepoxide, ultraviolet absorbent contains 0.5 to 3.0g/m<2> of benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent and photopolymerizable initiator has light absorption maximum in a range of 300 to 400nm and which does not use amine photosensitizer. Further, material composition preferably contains 0.1 to 1.0g/m<2> of hindered amine photostabilizer, and the photopolymerizable initiator is substance selected from 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl- phenyl-ketone, and 1-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-phenyl]-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-propane-1- on. |
