<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a golf bag with excellent stability and applicability by including a pair of supporting legs pivotally mounted to the top of the golf bag and attaching the leg strap to the bag strap. CONSTITUTION: A golf bag 15 has a bag strap 16 and a bag stand mechanism 17 which has a pair of supporting legs 34, 35 pivotally mounted to a mount bracket 36 fixed on a collar 20 in the upper portion of a bag body 18. The upper end of each one of supporting legs 34, 35 is pivotally mounted by a pivot pin. Each one of supporting legs 34, 35 is elastically inclined by the return spring attached to the pivot pin to pivot to a position extended from the bottom of the golf bag. When the golf bag 15 is taken up by the bag strap 16, the supporting legs 34, 35 are automatically pulled up from an extended position to a retracted position.</p> |
