PURPOSE: To improve the heat efficiency of a pan formed by using casting/ forging technique. CONSTITUTION: A heat conducting part 13 at a main body 12 of the pan is formed in the shape of a vessel by solidifying molten heat conductor materials and at the same time, the main body 12 of the pan is constituted by previously fitting a part 14 to be heated composed of magnetic materials from the outer bottom part of this heat conducting part 13 to the middle of the outer peripheral face part with the solidification. Outside the entire peripheral edge of the part 14 to be heated at the main body 12 of the pan, a falling piece part 15 is formed integrally with the heat conducting part 13 so as to be drooped. A recessed part 40 is formed at the position corresponding to the falling piece part 15 on a top plate 36. |
