PURPOSE: To achieve improvement of work efficiency and alleviation of the labor by efficiently inputting internal abrasives. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder holding means for holding a body holding part 2 for partially holding a body 1b of a cylinder 1 and the cylinder 1 in the constant state, a moving mechanism 10 for reciprocating the cylinder holding means along the longitudinal direction of the body, and an abrasive inputting means 5 formed smaller than a mouthpiece of the cylinder, and provided with an inputting pipe 5b to be inserted into the cylinder from the mouthpiece when the cylinder holding means holds the cylinder on one end are provided. Moreover, a hermetically sealing means 17 provided with a space through which the input pipe 5b is inserted, and which is communicated with the inside of the cylinder when the cylinder holding means holds the cylinder, and to be fixed to the cylinder holding means in a state where one end of the abrasive inputting means 5 is hermetically sealed, and a connecting means wherein one end is exposed to the space of the hermetically sealing means 17, and a vacuuming means 14 for vacuuming the inside of the cylinder is connected to the other end are provided. |
