PREPARED UNSHAPED REFRACTORIES

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide prepared unshaped refractories for the lining of a steel furnace having excellent corrosion resistance and slag infiltration resistance. CONSTITUTION: This prepared unshaped refractory composition is produced by compounding an alumina-based refractory aggregate, a spinel-based refractory aggregate, a magnesia-based refractory aggregate or their composite material with 0.5-5wt.% (outer percentage) of alumina cement having particle diameter of <=30μm and 0.1-3wt.% of soft-burnt magnesia having an iodine adsorption of 1-50mg/g as hardeners. The sum of the alumina cement and the soft-burnt magnesia in the composition is 1-7wt.%.
