PURPOSE: To obtain the subject fermented soybeans useful as an instant food, having a reduced smell of fermented soybeans, saving trouble of preparing a food, enriched in nutrition, improved in balance, having excellent handleability, by packing a proper amount of steamed soybeans inoculated with Bacillus natto into an inner space of a specific edible container. CONSTITUTION: A material of an edible container such as fried bean curd is heated in a process of preparation to remove an oil and to import the edible container with air permeability or to improve air permeability. A proper amount of steamed soybeans inoculated with Bacillus natto is packed into an inner space of the prepared edible container to give the objective fermented soybeans. |
