PURPOSE: To cover an outer periphery of an umbrella into a narrow bag by using a thermoplastic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella 1 is moved along an umbrella moving path 3, thereby winding a thermoplastic resin sheet 4 around an outer periphery of the umbrella 1 in a nearly U-shape, and then the sheet 4 is heat-sealed into a narrow bag by a heat-sealer 5 and the bag is cut. |
