PURPOSE: To recycle a waste material by a method wherein a waste material of an inorg. cement panel is ground to obtain an inorg. powder which is, in turn, is stirred in the presence of water to dissolve CaCl2 contained in the inorg. powder and the obtained suspension is allowed to stand to sediment the inorg. powder and, subsequently, supernatant water is separated before the precipitate of the inorg. powder is dehydrated. CONSTITUTION: A waste material of an inorg. cement panel is ground to obtain an inorg. powder which is, in turn, stirred in the presence of the water supplied from a nozzle 51 to dissolve CaCl2 contained in the waste material and the obtained suspension is allowed to stand to sediment the inorg. powder and, further, supernatant water 9 is separated to remove CaCl2 contained in the inorg. powder in a state dissolved in water. When the precipitate 8 of the inorg. powder is dehydrated, the content of CaCl2 in the inorg. powder is reduced to a large extent. Therefore, the inorg. powder after dehydration can be recycled as a cement material. |
