PURPOSE: To form a bleeding passage without lowering machining accuracy and productivity, and also reduce sucking pulsation without providing a separate muffler. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary sucking chamber 36 is formed in a cylinder block 1 so that it is interconnected in axial direction to a sucking chamber 6 formed at the center area of a rear housing 3. Also an annular wall part 39 forming a throttle part 38 between the wall part and a drive shaft 8 is formed in the cylinder block 1 on the front side of a rear side bearing 35 which pivots the drive shaft 8. Then a crank chamber 7 is interconnected to the auxiliary sucking chamber 36 through the throttle part 38 and a clearance between the drive shaft 8 and the bearing 35 so as to form a throttled bleeding passage which circulates blow-by gas inside the crank chamber 7 to the sucking chamber 6.
