PURPOSE: To simplify quality and hygienic control by continuously and automatically cooling and packaging food which has been cooked by heat. CONSTITUTION: Cooling and packaging is continuously and automatically performed without manpower wherein a system comprises a container circulating line including a plurality of containers 3 for sequentially storing food 2 which has been cooked by heat for circulating the food 2, a vacuum cooling line 5 for receiving the containers 3 containing the food 2 sequentially from the line 4, sealing them and sequentially vacuum-cooling the food 2 and then for opening the containers 3 with air fed for returning them to the line 4 and an injection and packaging line 7 for receiving the vacuum-cooled food 2 from the containers 3 on the line 4 into packaging materials 6 and packaging them. |
